NOTICE of re-opening of nominations for CFI unit leadership

By the November 15, 2013 decision of the Local Election Committee of this union, Pacific Media Workers Guild, nominations for California Federation of Interpreters (CFI) unit leadership are re-opened, in order to be in line with the schedule for nominations set by the Pacific Media Workers Guild bylaws on nominations and elections.

Therefore, the nominations for CFI unit leadership are open until they are closed at the November 23, 2013 EC/RA/General Membership meeting.  (Nominations can also be made by petition up to November 30, 2013.)

Members in good standing are free to nominate members in good standing for the CFI unit leadership positions, as well as for the Local leadership positions.  Members may make nominations known by sending a completed nomination form, or a note, to guildelection2013@mediaworkers.org or by mailing to the Guild at 433 Natoma Street, 3rd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, or by faxing to (415) 421-3751.
