We want to negotiate stronger contracts that protect the critical terms of your employment: pay scales, overtime, leaves of absence, vacations, health care, sick pay and kin care, severance pay and terms for layoff and discharge.
But we need your support. Become an active member of the Guild and together, we can work to get you the fair contract that you deserve.
Talks with management are on-going. The next one is scheduled May 30 at 10 am. In the meantime, Guild staff is reaching out to everyone to see how things are going and to hear your concerns/questions/thoughts about the next contract.
