New officers were sworn in to start the February 4 meeting of CWA’s Northern California-Nevada Council. Outgoing NCNC president Carol Whichard got a bouquet in gratitude from her successor, Frank Arce, while the new executive Vice President, Keith Gibbs, led delegates in a round of applause.
