Intrepid Bay News Rising journalism student, Amanda Rhoades, was on the scene at City Hall on Wednesday morning to capture the sights of hundreds of San Franciscans who gathered to hear the outcome of the Supreme Court’s decision on Proposition 8 and the Defense of Marriage Act.
