It’s time to start thinking about who you’d like to nominate for our Local 39521 executive board and unit leadership positions. In this Saturday’s Executive Committee-Representative Assembly-General membership meeting, nominations will open.
Members can nominate candidates to lead their units as follows:
Unit Chair;
Unit Vice Chair;
Unit Secretary; and
Representative Assembly delegate(s) (if the unit membership is at least greater than 99 members).
Members can nominate candidates to run for the following Local offices:
- Executive Officer
- President
- First Vice President
- Vice President – California
- Vice President – Hawaii
- Vice President – language workers
- Secretary
- Treasurer
and delegate positions to CWA Convention, TNG sector conferences and a few others.
Nominations will remain open until declared closed at the November 21 EC/RA/GM meeting.
