MCH-Votes 2014It’s time to start thinking about who you’d like to nominate for our Local 39521 executive board and unit leadership positions.  In this Saturday’s Executive Committee-Representative Assembly-General membership meeting, nominations will open.

Members can nominate candidates to lead their units as follows:

Unit Chair;

Unit Vice Chair;

Unit Secretary; and

Representative Assembly delegate(s) (if the unit membership is at least greater than 99 members).

Members can nominate candidates to run for the following Local offices:

  • Executive Officer
  • President
  • First Vice President
  • Vice President – California
  • Vice President – Hawaii
  • Vice President – language workers
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer

and delegate positions to CWA Convention, TNG sector conferences and a few others.

Nominations will remain open until declared closed at the November 21 EC/RA/GM meeting.

Your unit leaders have been sent nomination forms, and have been requested to call unit meetings.  Please contact them for further details, or contact the Guild at (415) 421-6833 and we will help you.

We encourage everyone to get involved with your union!
